FMCG experience in Dubai is mandatory - Responsible for all marketing and sales activities for the brand locally and regionally - Designing and monitoring local and regional sales, promotions (thematic and tactical) and BTL campaigns - Planning, managing and directing the distributor team for new product launches under the brand - Preparing and monitoring sales and trade marketing spends budgets and projections for the brand - Tracking and analysing sales and marketing in-market initiatives for the brand based on key quantitative &amp; qualitative metrics - Planned market visits to control the visibility, availability, pricing, promotions, competitor information - Identifying gaps in the market and addressing the same with distributor team - Planning and liaising with HQ- India for exports, marketing and supply chain teams Job Requirements : - 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales - Proven track record for meeting or exceeding their targets consistently - Experience in launching new brands in the region is desirable - Knowledge of digital marketing is desirable - Excellent analytical and communication skills - Professional and mature attitude towards resolving problems with a behavior competency to build relationships
