InterGlobe - Manager - Financial Reporting - CA (6-8 yrs)
Manager - Financial Reporting
Job Purpose : Financial Reporting position would be responsible for financial accounting, reporting, audit, consolidation and risk management of the various companies.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Coordination with internal & external stakeholders to ensure the timely closure of the audited financial.
2. Coordination with group companies to ensure the timely audit of consolidated financial of the group.
3. Manage all queries, information requests and clarifications on financial accounting matters sought by internal and external stakeholders.
4. Defining & Monitoring of internal controls and governance
5. Define and drive the MIS framework and metrics for the function (P&L statements, Balance Sheets, MIS reports etc.) with the stakeholders of the group companies
6. Ensuring Tax Audit, information for the tax assessments (Direct & Indirect tax) of the group companies.
7. Technical analysis of IND-AS, IFRS etc.
Skills And Knowledge :
- Expert knowledge of IND-AS, IFRS
- Experience of managing internal & statutory audit with Big4's
- Working knowledge of direct and indirect taxes
- Working knowledge of company law requirements
- Working knowledge in ERP & Excel
Desired Educational Qualification : Chartered Accountant possessing skills of Accounting and reporting across different countries or territories with exposure in Technology System and processes that supports financial efficiency.
