InterGlobe - Manager - Finance - CA

Responsibilities :

- Preparation of Standalone Financial Statements as per IGAAP & IndAS.

- Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements as per IGAAP & IndAS by consolidating accounts of subsidiaries, Joint Ventures and Associates involving 20+ companies.

- Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.

- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures

- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

- Coordinating with the auditors in completing statutory audit, IndAS conversion and consolidation of accounts.

- Provide solutions on IndAS technical accounting issues.

- Guides accounting staff on the operational queries.

- Liaising with consultants maintaining books of accounts of the foreign subsidiaries.

Educational Qualifications:

- Qualification required: Chartered Accountant.

Knowledge:

- Expert Knowledge of IndAS & IFRS

- Expert Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access.

Eligibility:

- Years of experience: Overall 5 to 7 years out of which minimum 3 years of relevant profile experience.
