As an Sr Manager Channel Sales, you will be:
- Develop plans and strategies for business opportunities through the channel ecosystem
- Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
- Ready to work in evening shift (From 6PM IST)
- Given the opportunity to work in Canada post 15 months
- Manage the channel sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
- Manage the use of budgets
- Define optimal sales force structure
- Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
- Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Define sales processes that drive desired channels outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
- Recruit, hire and manage a high performing channel sales team.
You can be a great fit if you have:
- Managed and scaled a team to achieve over $10M in net new annual revenue
- Proven track record of successfully executing sales plans and achieving organizational sales targets

- Solid track record of delivering long term contract bookings that lead to profitable revenue growth
- Track record and capability of evaluating evaluate and subsequently grow sales team from initial hire to a multi-continent, organization
- Strong leadership and consensus building skills
- Proven ability to perform in high-visibility, high-growth environments
- Creative, energetic and self-driven
- Experience with both start-ups and large organizations is a plus
- Software Sales, Business Development Experience in SaaS a plus
