Roles & Responsibilities -
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities - Website conversion optimisation, SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media and Paid Advertising campaigns
- Tracking and improving the performance of the Organization's Website using CRO tools like Hotjar/Freshmarketer (AB Testing, Heatmaps, Session Recordings)
- Responsible for the execution of organic and paid marketing activities on Google/Linkedin
- Responsible for generating and managing Content in line with the SEO standards
- Responsible for conducting regular keyword research, making sure we are ranking on Google using SEO tools such as SEMRush etc.
- Measure, report and optimize the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to create Landing pages and Creatives
- Search for new traffic sources and digital marketing partners
- Daily/weekly/monthly reporting of acquisition funnels and ad performances
Qualifications -
- Hands on experience in using Google Adwords and Google Analytics
- Hands on experience in using LinkedIn as a marketing tool (Organic and Paid)
- Strong knowledge of website tracking and optimisation
- Strong knowledge of SEO
