- We're seeking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) that can oversee our technology strategy across the board. You'll create the platform and collaborate with the Product Team to create charging solutions for consumers, businesses, partners, and governments. Will also conceptualise and create monetisable micro-services as part of the leadership team.

- You'll be in charge of frontend/backend development, Demand Supply Applications, Mobile Applications, Platforms, Hardware, IoT, and payments, as well as leading and managing huge teams. To guarantee that our company's technologies are used responsibly, you will communicate with employees, stakeholders, and consumers.

- You need to have strong experience developing and building a CONSUMER INTERNET PRODUCTS. Experience of building PLATFORM BUSINESSES would be a great advantage.

- This position requires strategic thinking and good business acumen. We expect you to be up to date on technical advancements and knowledgeable about a variety of business principles. Job Description :

- Creating a strategy for the company's use of technology resources

- Ensuring that technology is used effectively, profitably, and safely.

- Evaluating and installing new infrastructure and systems

- Develop technical parts of the company's strategy to guarantee alignment with the company's business objectives

- Find and apply innovative technologies that provide you a competitive edge.

- Assist departments in making profitable use of technology

- Monitor system infrastructure for proper operation and efficiency.

- Establish quality assurance and data security procedures

- Use input from stakeholders to guide technology enhancements and modifications.

- Inform partners and investors on the technological plan.

Requirements :

- Engineering degree from a prestigious engineering school [IIT/NIT]. An MBA from an IIM, ISB, or MDI is advantageous.

- Prior experience developing CONSUMER INTERNET PRODUCTS is required.

- Prior experience developing PLATFORM BUSINESSES would be a huge plus.

- Proven full-stack development experience

- Understanding of technology trends in order to develop a plan

- Budgeting and business planning knowledge

- Able to undertake technological research and analyses

- Outstanding communication abilities

- Organisational and leadership skills
