InteQuant Advisors - Senior Associate - Investment Banking

Primary responsibilities

- Work with the team to ensure delivery of high fund raising solutions for clients.

- Work on wide range of responsibilities from initial client pitches thro till transaction closing.

- With great attention to detail, understand business of clients and work on the investment storyboard by preparation of information memorandum and financial model.

- Work on investor/lender reach outs , negotiation of term sheets and other transaction documents.

- Work with third party agencies like lawyers, due diligence advisors etc to arrive at optimal fund raising structure.

- Business development by reaching to potential clients across allocated sectors

- Individuals will be given wide ranging projects and responsibilities to ensure their growth professionally.

Experience/ Skill sets

- Min Work experience of 3 years in either investment banking firm or doing financial dd in a BIG 4 is a must

- Technical proficiency in understanding financial statements is a must

- Strong financial modelling and power-point presentation skills

- Good oral and written communication skills
