- We are looking for an energetic team player with strong experience in Financial planning and analysis. Support ad hoc financial analysis requests by business stakeholders and Management.

- Entails highlighting key wins/ areas of focus for the business supplemented by commentaries substantiating the data, providing more transparency on the financial gaps and drivers around different dimensions such as costs /clients /products/markets.

Job Description:

- Preparation & submission of daily, monthly & yearly MIS for Asset & Liability Statement, Operational Cashflow Projection, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Budgets, Inventory, Fixed Assets, AR / AP

- Preparation of revenue forecasts and business metrics reports.

- Preparation of MIS reports providing feedback to top management on financial performance.

- Budgets and Operational Plans - Manpower Plan, Sales Plan, Income and Expense Budget, Branch wise and Department wise allocation of budgets, Quarterly Projections updating, Variance Analysis & Control.

- Develop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast, and budget.

- Preparation and roll out of the monthly financial deck and other reports for top management which includes financial performance snapshot of various customers, products and regions on vectors like Revenue, Cost, and Balance sheet including KPIs.

- Entails highlighting key wins/ areas of focus for the business supplemented by commentaries substantiating the data, providing more transparency on the financial gaps and drivers around different dimensions such as costs/clients/products/markets

- Preparation of Board Deck & Investor Updates

- Designed & Implementation of tools & processes in Finance & Compliance

- Create & Maintain trackers, folders, data for all agreements and financial documents

Required Candidate profile:

- Should be MBA Finance / CA with 2-5 yrs of experience

- Excellent in MS Excel & MS Powerpoint

- Knowledge of Tally

- Excellent communication & presentation skills

- Ability to interface with Management
