Job Description: Business Head - Intello Sort

- We, at Intello aim to change the face of Indian and Global food quality and management systems through the power of technology. We use deep learning and computer vision to digitize food quality and create transparency in the agri-supply chain. We are a bunch of highly motivated people who are super passionate about revolutionizing this industry.

We are hunting for a Business leader who must be comfortable in a "hands on, make it happen" environment and is able to lead P&L.

Key Accountability:

- Management of P&L of the business, to include control of sales & marketing, operations, collections, costs, pricing strategy recommendation, process implementation, with overall responsibility of business risk assessment for actions taken.

- Managing relationships with clients and partners, and seeking both short and long term new business opportunities.

- Ensuring continuous performance improvement in all areas of the business.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop a strategy and execution plan to grow the business of AI based Industrial Automation Machine and develop viable business model & price optimization

- Manage and lead the execution of Industrial Automation Machine opportunity into operational projects: define the customer requirements, identify gaps and work with Product management on roadmap planning, manage project activities, work with the customer on the project execution

- Develop and implement scalable operational processes and integrated systems to drive team efficiency, accurate management reporting and visibility

- Own all KPI data sources and reporting for the team, ensuring data integrity and business needs are being met efficiently

- Analyze internal and external data for anomalies, trends and opportunities for improvement

- Build, hire & work closely with the sales, marketing, growth & product team ensuring their success through providing effective decisions

- Own communication of new processes and procedures and ensure effective adoption by internal stakeholders (e.g. preparing clear documentation, facilitating training sessions as needed, etc.)

- Initiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the programs/processes are identified or issues arise

- Develop and maintain the regular communication cadences across the team

- Taking appropriate remedial actions to redress shortfalls or variances to agreed targets

- Identifying and reacting appropriately to competitor activity

An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has:

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the flexibility to shift priority projects as required

- Experience of building and growing Industrial Automation Business in a B2B environment

- Sound business judgment through analytical thinking

- Excellent written and verbal communications including the ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas

We will prefer (and certainly not mandatory) if the candidate has:

- An MBA from premier institute of business

- Worked in Start ups and Consulting companies and most importantly, if you :

- Put the customer above everything

- Take ownership of delivering success

- Are curious and enthusiastic about solving problems using first principles thinking

- Want to work on a product that solves a need and creates a better tomorrow

- Have the zeal to get out of your comfort zone for what you believe in
