Bachelor's Degree from a top tier school/ institution 3. Strong knowledge of the global business environment, business strategy & intricacies of management reporting 4. Strong analytical & data-driven approach, quantitative & reporting skills 5. High proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel and Word is a must 6. Maturity to handle confidential and/or sensitive information 7. Willingness to learn and share knowledge and experience across regional and organizational boundaries 8. Open mind-set and flexibility towards change and unforeseen circumstances 9. Flexibility and readiness to work in a virtual team with remote management; you will be reporting to the COO based out of Dubai 10. Proactive, self-motivated, curious & hungry to learn. Willing to ask questions and gain deeper understanding of designated tasks 11. Excellent verbal and written language skills in English, with the ability to tailor messages for phone or email conversations 12.
