Job Description / Responsibilities: - Undertaking our Entrepreneur - In House training will immerse you in the start-up culture and provide you with valuable insights into a very different career path from that of the typical graduate. We have exciting opportunities and rewards to offer to the most deserving and courageous individuals.&nbsp; - You will be working in a fast-paced, ever-changing business environment of a start-up company and will have the opportunity to draft business plans, perform market research, and help with everyday operations. - You would be responsible for end to end project management, business analysis &amp; executive assistance to the CEO and would be involved in crucial, strategic data gathering, preparing important reports, gleaning insights from the data, making dashboards, pitch decks and presentations &amp;&nbsp;complete management of all crucial/special tasks he/she is expected to accomplish. - You must be able to multitask in a high-stakes professional environment that demands excellent in-depth problem solving, business acumen as well as fantastic organizational and communication skills. Desired profile of the candidate: - MBA/PG from a reputed Tier I B-School with at least 0 - 1 years of proven track record (post MBA/PG) in assisting senior management, preferably for international businesses/expats with strategic work within Digital/IT/Internet/Ecommerce/Technology companies only. - Strong knowledge of the global business environment, business strategy &amp; intricacies of management reporting. - Strong analytical &amp; data-driven approach, quantitative &amp; reporting skills. - Maturity to handle confidential and/or sensitive information. - Willingness to learn and share knowledge and experience across regional and organizational boundaries. - Open mind-set and flexibility towards change and unforeseen circumstances. - Flexibility and readiness to work in a virtual team with remote management. - Proactive, self-motivated, curious &amp; hungry to learn. Willing to ask questions and gain deeper understanding of designated tasks. - Excellent verbal and written language skills in English, with the ability to tailor messages for phone or email conversations.
