The potential Candidate should demonstrate abilities to design and develop frameworks and solutions for Learning Content Creation & Distribution, Copyrights & trademarks for Learning Programs, and Onboarding of partners/vendors/contractors. The Potential candidate will play a key role in building, reviewing, and negotiating agreements and contracts with clients, partners, and vendors, ensuring legal compliance and intellectual property protection. This role needs special focus on safeguarding our organization's legal interests and facilitating seamless learning content development and distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop frameworks and solutions to ensure legal compliance and protection of intellectual property rights in Learning Content Creation & Distribution.

- Manage copyright and trademark issues related to Learning Programs, securing proper legal protection.

- Execute the onboarding process of partners, vendors, and contractors, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.

- Build, review, and negotiate agreements and contracts with clients, partners, and vendors to safeguard our legal interests.

- Provide legal counsel and support to internal teams on matters related to intellectual property and legal compliance.

Technical Experience:

- Proven experience in legal and intellectual property matters, particularly in the context of Learning and Education industries.

- Strong knowledge of copyright laws, trademarks, and intellectual property protection.

- Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.

- Familiarity with content creation, distribution, and licensing agreements.

Professional Attributes:

- Excellent legal research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

- Strong communication and negotiation abilities to interact with stakeholders effectively.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

- Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to legal and IP challenges.

- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

- Self-learning capabilities.

- Good team player.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.

- Advanced degrees or specialized certifications in Intellectual Property Law are advantageous.
