One of the most reputed law firms in Delhi is looking to hire an Intellectual Property lawyer with 2 - 5 PQE

Job Responsibility

- Drafting licensing, franchising and settlement agreements.

- Assisted in resolving IP issues in mergers and acquisitions and related IP due diligence

- Drafting and vetting contracts related to employment, ownership of IP and assignment

- IPR due diligence and monitoring online anti-counterfeiting activities

- Trademark Adoption - Searching and Clearance.

Candidates requirements

- Looking for a candidates who have worked in trademark prosecution.

- Ideally candidates should come from law firms

- Have to have very strong drafting and research skills.
