Job Description - Responsible for all Intellectual Property matters of the organisation, Litigation and Non-Litigation

- Responsible for advising on commercial partnership dynamics and providing advice across cross-functional legal and business teams.

- Work closely with people throughout the company dealing with a diverse set of matters ranging from
business processes to technology.

Client Details :

- India's largest social gaming platform aiming at building an astronomical tech strong gaming
ecosystem in India

Description :

- Help build scalable and effective processes for legal review and launch of new products.

- Provide commercial legal advice on a wide variety of legal and quasi legal matters directly related to

the business

- Instruct and manage external counsel including external costs

Profile :

- 5-8 years of experience as a qualified lawyer working on complex regulatory or technology matters, preferably working with technology companies on the legal and regulatory aspects of product development in the technology space.

- Understanding of business contracts and the ability to negotiate and draft such contracts.

- A passion for technology in general and gaming industry in particular and ability to understand complex business models and product use cases quickly.

- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and project management skills with a strict attention to detail.

- Excellent project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Exposure to IP related litigation would be an advantage.
