Preferred Qualifications : Graduate / Post graduate
Professional qualifications / certifications in Banking domain / Project management
Preferred Experience :
- Minimum 4-8 years hands-on experience in Banking Operations in Public / Private sector / Foreign Banks - covering General banking - Retail and Whole sale products / Payments and Remittances / Trade operations / Cash Management and Depository services / Loans and Advances / Branch and Central Processing units.
- Lead / Participated in Projects involving Banking systems implementation, BPR
- Solutioning experience of medium / large scale solution design, Business Analyst / SME role with at least 2 projects
- Implementation management including Business User front ending, UAT support, System Parameter / Controls / Data setup, Data Migration, Cut-over management, Training, End user hand holding
- Lead medium / small teams
Domain knowledge :
- Comprehensive knowledge of Banking domain with expertise in any/all above
- Best practices and recent business / product trends
- Regulatory and Audit requirements
- Commercial acumen for new systems requirement and market trend
Preferred Skills :
- Business Requirement understanding, analyze and document the requirements
- Definition & Designing Business process flows, User interface, Dash boards, Checks and Controls, Reports and MIS
- Interfaces and Integration between different business units / systems
- Lead discussions with Business users, conduct demos and participate in requirement & Solution discussions
- Provide functional and domain inputs as Subject Matter Expert for creation of solutions, participate in consulting assignments
- Conceptualize, Consult and contribute for creation of apt solutions to enhance Customer experience, Operational efficiency, Risk and controls, Value creation and Business throughput at Reduced cost
- Provide clear inputs to Technical teams for system designing, Knowledge transfer and guidance
- Lead out-of-box thinking for creative solution presentation to customers and internal clients
- Leadership traits, team management and Talent cultivation
- Lead and guide Product evolution and road map discussions and planning
- Effective documentation including BRD, Solution document, Training materials, User Manuals
- Effective communication skills, excellent presentation skills, with passion to influence stakeholders
- Multi lingual communication, easy adaptation to location
