Required Skills / Abilities:

- Consult with business and provide guidance on people strategy to drive a high performance culture

- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

- Formulate and execute strategies and programs for effective talent management and engagement

- Analyze trends and design and run interventions to improve talent utilization

- Identify training needs for teams and individuals

- Run the performance management, compensation management for employees

- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances

Education and Experience:

- Tier 1 B-School with 5-8 years of HR experience

- Work experience as an HR business partner is mandate.

- Ability to manage senior management stakeholders

- Excellent communication and people management skills

- Analytical and framework thinking

- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics

- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
