Job Responsibility: Accounting & Finance: - Managing accounting & finance function - Monthly standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS, US GAAP & IFRS - Timely completion of Audits: Statutory, Internal, GST, Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing, etc. - Manage Payables, Receivables & ensuring proper internal controls are in place. - Cash flow monitoring and forecast. - Identify areas for improvements and implement necessary changes in controls/accounting system/process as per evolving business needs. - Financial and Legal Due diligence MIS: - Preparing various financial reports related to budgets, business plans, cash-flows, and others as required by Management. - Budget vs Actual tracking, revenue cost tracker (especially OPEs), client profitability working, etc. - Preparing Board Meeting & Committee presentations. - Identify the key business area and coming up with an MIS report to help management track financial efficiency. - Maintaining relationships with Bankers, Auditors, Lawyers, Consultants, and Investors Compliance: - Timely compliance of applicable laws of Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, SEBI, etc. - Liaising with government department(s) for assessments, litigations, etc. Skills required: - Qualification - Chartered Accountant. - Experience - 4 to 8 years of relevant experience. - Good excel and presentation skills. - Diligent and hardworking.
