Manager- Energy Access, Business Consulting and Research  Intellecap advisory services, a boutique development consulting firm works across high impact sectors like agriculture, clean energy, financial services, health and education to help build and scale sustainable market based solutions for low income populations. It works with multilaterals and bilaterals, development financial institutions, lenders, investors, foundations and family offices to support social enterprises and develop profitable businesses.   Intellecap is looking to hire a Manager with specific experience in the Clean and renewable energy sector. An added focus or passion for rural electrification and access to energy is preferable . You should have the below -  1. B.E/B.Tech + M.Tech/MBA or equivalent from reputed institutes in India/abroad  2. Minimum of 5 years of past experience in management and business consulting with atleast 2 years in clean energy, primarily solar   3. Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills   4. Excellent client and team management skills  Key Roles and Responsibilities -   1. Manage projects with independent thinking and lead 3-4 member teams comprising associates and senior associates independently   2. Understand client requirements, develop scope, approach & methodology, delivery schedule with ability to clearly define costing   3. Lead project execution, team discussions and guide team to drive successful execution in line with identified approach data from primary and secondary sources, guide research and analysis as required.  4. Undertake detailed financial and technical analysis where required including complete business planning and financial modelling   5. Deliver client presentations and manage client expectations   6. Engage with senior experts internally and externally on aspects related to the project  7. Support business development through proposal development and new clients reach out  8. Guide, manage and mentor junior associates on the team.
