- Review and Drafting of Agreements and related tasks

- Drafting and vetting of service and utility Agreements (NDA, MOU, Service agreements, etc.) and other Legal Documents.

- Draft and review of Lease Agreements and custodian of the entire process

- End to end responsibility of task given

- Advice management on labor issues

- End to end management of contracts from Letter of Intent to termination

- Policy and process framing

- Drafting and vetting of Agreements (purchase order, vendor agreements, property agreements, etc.) and other Legal Documents

- Coordination with external and internal teams for such purpose

- End to end responsibility of task given

- Research on legal aspects
