Key Responsibilities :

- Understand the project requirements expressed by client as well as analyse the business problem faced by the client to scope out unexpressed requirements

- Handle project management issues - develop a blue print / story board of the project, schedule and structure the project, define its scope, develop hypothesis, present the project in the required format and meet deadlines

- Meet client requirements and expectations and schedule client calls - complete client management

- Develop analytical frameworks and research protocols. Contribute towards building the intellectual capital by way of creating training material and imparting training to other research staff

- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key organizational processes and systems.

- Proven oral and written communication skills. Ability to express one's opinions clearly to other team members and ability to be a great listener to comprehend and fully appreciate the issues at hands

- Team player with an ability to work in challenging situations

- Strong analytical skills and capability to work in project environment marked with insufficient data and derive meaningful conclusions from apparently ambiguous information

- Familiarity with strategic analyses frameworks and financial analyses techniques to be deployed for analyses of various industries as a whole and companies in particular

- Excellent working skills with Microsoft Office tools, especially power point and excel and familiarity with key research databases

- Strong leadership skills and potential to drive complex projects - as an individual contributor

- Willing to travel aboard on long term engagements

Education and Experience :

- An MBA from a reputed institute with an undergraduate degree in engineering, economics or science

- Relevant experience in business research or advisory services for at least 5 years with KPOs, research and analytics firms or consulting / advisory firms

- Relevant experience in leading project teams and handled complex projects in the past

- Experience in domains such as transportation, nuclear power, government outsourcing and familiarity with geographies such as UK (especially), Europe, Middle East and Americas is desirable but is not mandatory

Salary Range: 6 - 10 LPA
