Financial Planning and Analysis Manager – Microsoft Excel Tool Development
Role Description:
A talented and highly motivated Finance Manager with advanced Microsoft Excel and VBA skills.
- The candidate will develop and maintain Microsoft Excel-based tools to support Integreon’s Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting process. Additionally, he/she will conduct ad-hoc financial analysis, generate reports, and develop executive-level presentations as needed.
- The candidate will work closely with the CFO on a regular basis.
Primary Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience developing Microsoft Excel-based tools and / or financial models
- 3+ years of experience writing VBA code to automate repetitive tasks. The candidate should have significant experience with loops (e.g., for loop, while loop), decision structures (e.g., if…then, select…case), and string manipulation
- Advanced understanding of MS Excel formulas used to perform financial analysis, query data, manipulate strings, and conduct statistical analysis
- Advanced data analysis and data manipulation skills
- Ability to break down problems, develop a path forward, and execute the plan in a timely manner
Secondary Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPivot, SQL, and other data analysis tools
- Experience with Hyperion suite; specifically Smartview and HFM
- Experience with Adobe and report writing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
