Job Title : Sr. Manager Location : Mumbai, India Reporting Manager : Director Role Summary : Integreon is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the end-to end Immigration operations. Support the team to drive success solutions aligning to client goals. Candidate is required to have rich experience in project management and large-scale operations management skills. Holds the distinction of gaining international exposure by handling clients in the US and UK markets Responsibilities and Duties : - Oversee the preparation and filing of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications - Perform thorough quality checks on streams during the implementation and transition phase - Work closely with the clients and the internal management team - Oversee the project lifecycle involving identification, development, implementation and post-implementation review - Conduct effective customer governance - Weekly Tactical/Operational Meeting, Monthly Business Review Meeting and Quarterly Business Review Meeting - Monitor the overall functioning of business processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize the client satisfaction level - Set out quality standards for various operational areas, ensuring a high-quality customer experience while adhering to the SLAs and work processes - Prepare reports to apprise management of the process operations and assisting in the critical decision-making process - Recruiting, training and monitoring performance of the team members for maintaining excellence in process operations - Creating and fostering a healthy environment that facilitates high performance of team members and accomplishments of organizational goals - Accountable and responsible for maintaining budgets, gross margins, profitability and utilization for the account - Constantly striving on getting additional business for the organization - Driving Process Improvement Projects/Initiative (LEAN & Six Sigma) - Mentoring of team members to ensure succession planning and maintain optimal leadership bandwidth within the team - Focus and maintain CSAT scores and Net Promoter Score Required Skills/Abilities : - Expertise in prioritization, workflow management and managing internally - Holds the credit of gaining international exposure partnering with various clients, executive management and stakeholders across global locations - Experience in streamlining business processes, executing improvement processes, accelerating employees' strengths, building and empowering teams. - Experience in handling a team strength of 100+ members across various streams - Outstanding analytical, writing, and oral communication skills - Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, meeting demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing workflow and adjusting to frequent workload fluctuations Qualifications and Educational Requirements : - 13 -15 years of experience in the relevant industry - Green Belt in Six Sigma is preferred - Possesses excellent leadership skills, communication and team/people management skills - Possesses strong working knowledge of U.S. Immigration - Immigrant and Non-Immigrant Visas (preferred) - Graduate in any stream Company Information : Integreon is a trusted, global provider of award-winning legal and business solutions to leading law firms, corporations and professional services firms.
