Integrated Media Manager - eCommerce (10-20 yrs)

Primary Responsibilities/ Duties:

- Lead collaboration with the agencies to deliver integrated media strategies across multiple channels including video (TV + Digital), display, social media, and eComm media. Educate agency partners on brand, target audience and value proposition.

- Coordinate multiple agencies by collaborating on iterative schedules to execute campaigns on time and hitting key performance benchmarks deploying Measures and Evaluation philosophy. Ensure that all tasks are executed to meet customer expectations, timelines and budgets, while effectively grabbing consumers- attention and building brand engagement.

- Work closely with brand team to translate brand strategy into media strategy, and then to translate the strategy into detailed media plans.

- Partner with regional media team to align with global/regional media strategies and best practices, and to support initiatives to improve media and eCommerce capabilities across the region.

- Partner with regional asset management team and Global Content to Commerce team to ensure global/regional assets are well designed for local market needs.

- Partner with Local E-commerce Managers to lead best in class asset management, process planning, and content-to-commerce campaigns.

- Drive alignment between brand marketing and performance marketing plans to ensure the two reinforce each other and effectively build and drive consumers down the purchase funnel.

- Lead analytics framework and process with agencies. Drive real time optimizations, reporting process, benchmark approvals and report back to business stakeholders.

- Responsible for creating learning agendas with the agency and key digital partners, as well as presenting learnings to regional/global team.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

- Bachelors- /Masters- degree and 5+ years- experience in traditional/digital media planning

- A solid understanding of integrated media channels including adult and kids media, with emphasis on digital channels.

- Proven track-record of contributing to the delivery of high-quality campaigns with first to market executions.

- Knowledge of syndicated research, ad serving, media billing tools

- Ability to work closely and effectively with teams in a matrix environment; including manage and collaborate with vendors and agencies to achieve agreed upon goals

- Ability to manage and inspire media partner to deliver best in class programs and innovation via KPIs, analytics and tracking

Other Details:

- Familiar with traditional media and key digital platforms and trends. Toys & Games industry knowledge is welcomed.

- Strong communication skill - incl. external agencies management and global/regional team daily communications.

- Strong analytic and presentation skill.

- Fluent in written and spoken English

- Min 5 years experience in media/digital management (can be agencies or in-house)

- Robust experience with performance marketing, ideally eComm search, programmatic display, etc. and optimization techniques (A/B testing)
