POSITION DESCRIPTION: - Drive brand and business growth. Integration of marketing and communication campaigns and stakeholder needs into strategic initiatives. - Lead the development and execution of annual integrated communications plan. Simplicity of agency management and execution. Accountability based on clear metrics + ongoing improvements. Efficiencies / cost reductions against formulated targets on like-for-like work. - Use of marketing automation. Speed of response, execution and production. Innovation and proactive driving of campaigns and projects to go that extra mile to deliver fresh ideas and thinking steeped in knowledge of local market need/ requirements. Focus and asset management.KPI tracking. Weekly / monthly reporting. - Will initially be an Individual Contribution role. Be effective through influence rather than power as it is initially going to be an IC job. HIRING PROFILE: - Request please read this very carefully, as the requirements are quite specific. Postgraduate with 16-20 years in marketing and integrated communications. - Deep knowledge of Indian consumers and marketplace to be able to bring culturally relevant ideas and campaigns. Digitally and data savvy. - Strong track record in integrated campaigns. Should be able to align and manage multiple stakeholders. Process and detail oriented, yet nimble when necessary. - Extremely strong in project management and be able to work with both autonomy and automation. Should have familiarity with automotive sector - cars, two wheelers, trucks, lubes, auto electricals etc. Entrepreneurial, high energy and outcome oriented. Positive personal presence and exceptional verbal, written and presentation capabilities.
