Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Monitor and achieve Renewal conversion targets across various segments of Motor insurance business for B2B
2. Same insurer renewal conversion across SBU's
3. Coordinate with product and develop customer front journey for renewals as well as other product developments required to aid unassisted renewal conversion
4. Coordinate with marketing team to build creative and campaigns to boost channel partner renewal retention
5. Analyse conversion funnels along with operations team and identify solutions to improve retention
6. Be the point of contact with insurance companies and internal teams to ensure renewal conversion targets are met and ensure we get the required support from insurers
7. Achieve set AOP targets for b2b motor retention and manage the B2B Motor renewal P&L
8. Brainstorm with product teams and come up with development needs to streamline the renewal journey both for operations as well for customers
