Job Title: Lead - Corporate Development & Investor Relations

Job Location: InsuranceDekho, Plot no.301, Phase-2, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram-122022, Haryana

Job Responsibilities:

- Work directly with the founders to solve key problems, develop business strategies, and manage stakeholder relations

- Actively participate in fund-raising activities along with founders

- Create and update investor presentations and monthly investor updates

- Build and manage data-room for due diligence and investor enquiries

- Assist senior leadership team in managing relationships with current investors, prospective investors and Investment Banks

- Prepare monthly insurtech and competitor landscape update

- Explore, evaluate and manage M&A opportunities to ensure that corporate development plans are aligned with the company's larger business, vision & mission

- Create requisite - nancial models

- Research, model, evaluate, and plan go-to-market strategies

- Manage internal and external data MIS and ensure that overall data room is comprehensive, correct and timely updated

- Bring together our existing product offerings and design new ones to drive key business metrics for the company

- Communicate planning, progress, and strategy to colleagues and investors

- Effectively communicate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders

Candidate Attributes:

- 1-4 years of experience working in investment banking/VC fund or in corporate development role at a corporate or were part of fundraise team in a fast-paced startup environment

- You possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and number crunching skills

- You are known to have excellent knowledge of market trends and possess strong market research skills

- You are a highly effective communicator with everyone from team members and colleagues to CXOs, leadership teams, investors, etc.

- You take keen interest in learning about business growth

- You are a self-starter and believe in taking end-to-end ownership of things

- You possess advanced - nancial modelling skills

- You have advanced presentation and written communication skills

- You have an eye for detail

Educational Quali- cations:

- MBA/PGDM, B.Tech/B.E
