Insurance Product Specialist (10-15 yrs)
Job Description :
- Advise the team on nature, features, benefits and purpose of products across the Asian markets we operate in.
- Leverage specialist insurance and product knowledge in connecting the range of subject matter expertise that covers prospect and client journeys, product management and new business processing.
- Bring client insight and understanding of product purpose and design into the work of the PX in delivering products- illustrations, future projections as well as variation of calculations / outputs which can be expected from the product and hence needs to be taken into account while setting the product templates / frameworks.
- Work closely with the PX team to identify the regional commonality as well as differences in products across the different Asian geographies so that the efficiencies can be gained during product launches (in system).
- Within the NB&UW squad use product, insurance and client need expertise to support the development and delivery of Straight Through Processing.
- Advise team on the new trends / changes coming in the innovative types of products being launched in the market
Competencies :
- Deep understanding of life insurance products and it's components
- Ability to understand the pricing logic of life insurance products.
- Experience of working in life insurance industry
