Job Role:
Head Receivables:
- Responsible to effectively lead the AR function of large customer base with variety of billing and collection models
- Building strong AR operations for high quality resultants with faster TAT and complete accuracy
- Ensure collections on time.
- Lead a team of 10-15 people
- Manage month end MIS reporting and closing
- Develop and implement MIS policies to ensure AR data accuracy and security.
- Develop and implement standardized AR MIS procedures across all business applications
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and partner with other departments to streamline month end AR MIS to create best practices .
- Effectively handle statutory, internal audits and diligence activities
Background:
- Strong understanding of receivable function of large enterprise
- Strong understanding of revenue & inventory function of large enterprise
- CA ; With minimum 5-10 years + experience in financial services Industries like BFSI/Insurance/NBFC/FinTech
