Qualification: Post graduation (Full time) in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or Business Management

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai/Gurgaon

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

- Provide consulting support to solve for business problems in the insurance domain in general, in the area of claims to be more specific though statistical models and perform quantitative ad-hoc analyses to create valuable insights from data that would help organizations to lower costs and improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities / Role:

1. Significant experience in managing analytics delivery in insurance domain is a must

2. Experience of working in the claims space, specifically claims fraud, subrogation, adjustor assignment etc. will be preffered

3. Prior experience in working in the client site (insurance domain) will be an advantage

4. Hands on experience in analytical tools like SAS, SPSS, KXEN

5. Comfortable with techniques like regression, segmentation / clustering, optimization

6. Engage with middle / senior level clients (VPs) effectively in a dialogue

7. Craft out solution effectively for the client and create business proposals independently

8. Strong people management skills both at client site and an offshore environment
