- Instructional Designer is responsible to design and develop eLearning and instructor-led learning solutions. Proven experience in delivering the following learning outputs; assessments, eLearning solutions, Instructor-led solutions, facilitator/participant guides, Train the Train (TTT) materials, interactivity, outlines, storyboard, script writing, and adhering to basic adult learning principles.

- Additional responsibilities may include testing course functionality, maintenance plans, making updates to courses and training materials based on post assessment feedback. This role ensures that high-quality, innovation, timely, and effective learning solutions are delivered and coordinated with other media, support and learning management systems.

Responsibilities include :

Supports project management, instructional design, development, delivery/implementation of projects for the L&D organization.

- Demonstrates knowledge of adult learning, knowledge of instructional design, familiar with the ADDIE model

- Design, develop and implement training materials/curriculum that are in line with end user needs and stakeholder expectations. Materials may include participant guides, storyboards, audio scripts, business process flows, work instructions exercise, simulations, quick references, job aids, post-tests, and instructor guides.

- Applies knowledge of blended learning and state-of-the-art learning technologies to the development of training curriculum and materials

- Serves as a key member of the internal team during the design phase of training. Contributes to recommendations that support the overall training strategy

- Translate needs analysis and functional specifications into detailed curriculum and course designs.

- Develop training and performance support material based on course designs.

- Work with Subject Matter Experts to accurately define context and step by step process to complete a given procedure.

- Work with subject matter experts and process teams to design and develop audience-appropriate (role-based), clear, and concise training documentation.

- Work with process and implementation teams to ensure timely and accurate reviews of training materials.

- Evaluate potential solutions from external vendors and content providers.

- Manages multiple projects simultaneously, creates and manages tactical project timelines, contributes to project status meetings

- Responds to stakeholder feedback as required and create communications as needed

Qualifications :

Skills Required :

- In-depth writing, editing, and instructional design skills. Able to design innovative eLearning modules, according to client need, in multiple modalities such as videos, stand-alone online courses, and mobile device apps.

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

- Able to collaborate effectively with subject-matter experts to conduct needs/audience analysis, develop training objectives and course/product outline, design course/product content, and assessment items.

- Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is a must. Must be able to work independently and multi-task. Project Management skills required.

- Advanced experience in e-learning/simulation software - Articulate Storyline, Photoshop

- Knowledgeable in the use of other development tools (Captivate, Adobe Presenter, and Flash are a plus).

- Photoshop and Flash/HTML are a plus. Experience in the delivery of learning through various modalities (Instructor Led (classroom), virtual classroom, eLearning, Social/Mobile Learning). Experience with Graphic Design highly desired.

- Knowledge of gamification, micro-learning, and blended learning techniques.

- Knowledge of integrating eLearning modules into Learning Management System.

- Is highly collaborative - works effectively with diverse colleagues and peers to deliver business results.

- Manages ambiguity and change.

- Builds strong working relationships across matrix structures.

- Is results oriented.

Experience :

- Master's degree in related field

- 3+ years- experience as instructional designer or eLearning developer in a corporate training environment, ideally in training

- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.

- Experience working in media industry is a plus.

- Possess a strong sense of concept, design, and color for technical content that's printed, projected in class, and available as online training

- An online portfolio featuring e-learning design and content development

Salary offered: 7 - 8 LPA
