Job Description:

- Develop a basic understanding about the subject matter through materials provided and individual research.

- Recommend and apply appropriate instructional design approaches to develop the learning solution and the deliverables across different delivery modalities.

- Analyze a script and identify strong concepts that can be used in visualizing the instructional content.

- In short, to own the storytelling aspect of the visual content.

- Ability to source and select stock images and videos to create a storyline that supports the key instructional points.

- Support the design teams in visualization and implementation of scripts/storyboards and create visual storyboards.

- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the development process, ensuring a positive impact with the stakeholders, specifically by ensuring a thorough understanding of stakeholder requirements and communicating them clearly within the team.

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Instructional Design for US content/audience is necessary. Prior experience of leading a team is essential.

- Strong storytelling and visualization skills
