Institutional Sales Role - Healthcare (3-5 yrs)
Role KRAs :
Account Management (25%) :
- Achieving Revenue forecasts by Managing Relationship with Pharmaco Accounts
- Ensuring delivery of signed SLAs and the quality of delivery
- Inventory Management of SPS SKUs, Collections and Credit Management
- Periodic Reviews of Service Delivery with Account Managers, Ops Manager, CC Manager
- Managing Incidents & Escalations and Process Improvements
New Business Opportunities (50%) :
- Understand Cross-sell/ Up-sell opportunities in current accounts and propose appropriate programs
- Responding to RFP/RFQ and Commercial closure in discussion with Head - Program Management
- Market Study for new opportunities in the focus TAs
- Support Head - PM in designing new Programs
Team & Other Function Dependencies (25%) :
- Administrative responsibility of a team of Account Managers/Executives
- Training/Coaching the team of executives/agents who work on account specific programs
- Coordinating with Ops/IT/Marketing for fulfillment, preparation of collaterals and any other project requirement
- Working with Quality for SOPs, CAPA, PV etc.
- Ensuring that MIS team publishes the required reports and dashboards
- Ensuring reconciliation of Inventory and Billing with Finance team
Important Skills :
- Familiar or worked with Patient Support Programs/Patient Assistance Program.
- Market Access Program ; Marketing Initiatives for Product Launch.
- Therapy/Drug Adherence & Compliance.
- Chronic Disease Management.
- Patient Lifecycle Management.
- Basic medical knowledge & should have worked on few therapy areas in the past. At least the chronic diseases such as Diabetes, Oncology, Cardio & Respiratory.
- Worked for a Pharma / Pharma Service provider .
- Adverse event reporting & Product Quality Compliance.
- Patient Data Management - CRM /platform usage experience.
- Technical Skills - Microsoft Office - Basic Excel & Effective Presentation Skills.
