Institutional Sales - Equity Job Title : Institutional Sales - Equity Location : Mumbai Experience : 5+ Years Education Qualification : MBA preferred Desired Candidate : If you are passionate about Institutional Sales? - We are looking for a professional to join our Institutional Sales team to develop valuable and quantifiable insights and generate various Sales /Dealing ideas for our institutional clients - The primary responsibility of the Institutional Sales role is to identify opportunities, acquire new institutional clients and develop relationships with Institutional investors and investment consultants in assigned institutional market channels. Roles & Responsibilities of Job : - Acquire new clients (FIIs/Domestic FIs) and build the Institutional client base for Institutional Brokerage business - Responsible for overall Institutional Business and handling and expanding portfolios o clients for Institutional Equity - Identify, convert & develop successful business relationships with Banks, FIIs, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, & other Institutional Investor segments for Equity sales - Prepare and execute a sales plan for the assigned relationship accounts - Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with institutional clients - Interacting with Institutional clients i.e. MFs, Insurance Cos, Banks, FII for regular business - Maintaining cordial relationships with Dealers, HODs, Fund managers and coordinatin with research -team for trading fundamental calls - Meeting the clients on a regular basis to understand their requirements - To do develop the business and generate the revenue - Coordinating with the research team and advising the clients regarding the same - Maintain records of clients and provide timely progress reports to management - Coordinating meet between research team with various kind of institutions and corporate. Skills Required for the Successful Accomplishment of the Job : - He/She should be mandatory having experience in Institutional Equity Sales NOT in retail sales. - Excellent client connection with Fund Managers OR Analyst in MFs/ Insurance Cos/ Banks/other Institutional Investor segments. - Proficiency for presenting and debating a point under pressure;. - Must have excellent communication skills - Strong team-working skills, able to build and maintain efficient business relationships - Relationship skills - Knowledge about market practices and process Company Offerings : - Fast paced culture and capital markets-based office timings. - Compensation as per Industry Norms.
