Institutional Sales Role - Bonds (7-10 yrs)
Our CLient is the Debt Capital markets - Institutional Sales desk in a Bank. We are looking for someone for a Bonds Sales role as per following Specifications :
Job Purpose
Responsibilities include Selling down bonds from the Bank's books and smooth execution of deals in the Debt Capital Markets
Job Responsibilities
- Help achieving the revenue target of the desk as well achieve own revenue target
- Maintain and Convert the allocated clients relations into revenue
- Help raising of Bank's Capital (Tier II Bonds)
- Assist preparation of documentation for capital raising
- Providing MIS to Functional Supervisor and Head
- Liaise with Credit Team to obtain various approvals required for doing deals and ensuring that the same are not breached
- Liaise with Team for selling down bonds from bank's book
- Liaise with Back Office as well as Mid Office for smooth execution of deals
- To maintain excellent relationship with the existing clients and service them to their satisfaction as well as develop new clients
Educational Qualifications :
- Graduation: Any
- Master of Financial Management / MBA from premier B-Schools
- Working Experience of 7 - 10 Years in Debt Market
Key Skills
- Expertise in Bonds, Money and GOI Securities Market
- Develop and maintain the relations and convert them into revenue,
- Convincing and bargaining better rates with Retirement Funds and Cooperative Banks
