Institutional Sales Head - Education - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (10-15 yrs)
Job Title : Institutional Sales Head
Location : Mumbai
Reporting To : Chief Business Officer
Direct Reports : Zonal Institutional Heads
Function : Revenue & Marketing
ROLE OVERVIEW :
Drive business growth for Schools in the Institutional segment with healthy contribution margins and ensure best in class customer experience by owning NPS. Custodian of performance, strategy, and alignment of all revenue operations including Business Development & Key Account Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES: :
- Develop the growth strategy and implementation plan for School to achieve the top line target in the Institutional segment
- Ensure healthy contribution margins are achieved as per plan
- Create an outreach plan (GTM) for all prospect Chains & Institutions
- Drive new Institutional school acquisition numbers as per plan
- Grow revenue from existing schools through upselling and increasing the number of students through cohesive relationship management (KAM)
- Drive initiatives to ensure high engagement and customer retention
- Ensure higher student admissions in the schools through events / promotions and awareness
- Partner with marketing to run events to generate awareness, initiate client acquisition and support all revenue acceleration plans
- Define the strategy and implementation plan to improve customer NPS and drive delight
- Lead, mentor and develop a high potential team
Previous Exposure :
1. Held Institutional Sales / P&L accountability for a large setup either at a National or Zonal level
2. Should have managed large teams
Qualification : MBA tier 1 colleges
Experience : 10 - 15 years
