We are looking for an energetic individual, who is passionate about the startup ecosystem to join our team. In this role you will build out targeted startup engagements with leading educational institutes around the country, to help identify high potential entrepreneurs and ideas whom we can work with to help grow and succeed. This role will need you to work closely with the e-cells and business incubators in the universities to support the young entrepreneurs out there. About IvyCamp: We leverage the Global Alumni Ecosystems to power our startup engagement platform for entrepreneurs, startups, mentors, investors, accelerators, incubators. We identify partners for you to work together to build, test, market, and fund, high potential teams and solutions. Core Responsibilities : - Build relationships with academic institutions/ technology research organizations to create and manage opportunities for collaboration with the startup ecosystem. - Work closely with the e-cells of universities to run and manage various startup programs within campuses for IvyCamp. - This will involve hosting relevant events with a different set of audiences (talks, one-on-one engagements), participating in conferences and speaking engagements, networking, identify high potential; startups/entrepreneurs and more. - Manage the activities end-to-end, from planning, preparing, sourcing vendors, ordering, developing promotional collaterals, and planning technical infrastructure to execute. - Plan and execute all event-related marketing campaigns and promotional collaterals. - Create and execute an engagement plan with universities to ensure - MoU- S with specific deliverables across the IITs/IIMS and other leading institutes - Deal flow for our Angel fund and corporate partners - Early identification of high potential ideas that IvyCamp can create programs to help grow and scale Desired Skills Experience : - Has worked with an institute entrepreneurship cell - Is familiar with the Indian startup ecosystem; has awareness of and is a possible participant in the relevant entrepreneur circles - Prior entrepreneurial or startup experience would be a plus - Passionate about learning and getting engaged in the startup ecosystem - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to effectively manage time &amp; ensuring that deadlines are met - Multitask on different projects Why Work with Us : - Expand your network by engaging with our mentors, startups, investors - Understand the different stages of a startup from ideation to growth by working on our various programs and engaging with startups - Work at the intersection of startups and corporates - Join a team of talented and highly motivated colleagues - Build your skill sets across multiple projects in our organization - marketing, pitching, managing events, communication, and more - Growth path within the organization Salary offered: 8-12LPA
