InstaReM - Senior Executive - Financial Operations (3-7 yrs)
Role and Responsibility:
- To process transactions appearing in finance queue. To do this
- Liaise with Compliance and CS teams for processing transactions.
- Reconcile customers money with the transactions.
- Ensuring proper funds are available in the respective bank accounts and required currency. Before Processing.
- To verify bank statements in pdf and xls for various bank and currencies for providing to respective accountants.
- To check and confirm funds received, before refunding clients and update refund file accurately. Follow the statutory requirements while effecting refunds.
- Reconciling / Moving transactions from Pending Payment to Payment Received on regular intervals.
- Reply to the bank queries and internal stake holders in relation to transactions processed and refunds received.
- Co-ordination with Accounts team for accounting query, provide relevant information to ensure proper accounting is carried out.
- Co-Coordinating with a various team including Compliance, marketing IT and Operations as and when required.
- Handle priority transactions.
- Keep a record of funds received, processed and balance at the end of the day
- Sending various MIS reports to the management
Job & Requirement:
- 3-7 Yrs of experience in Finance/Banking industry
- Extensive Hands-on experience in MS excel and tools within it
- Good knowledge of the payments industry. Knowledge of fintech will be a plus
- Solid understanding of concepts such as payment gateways, SWIFT, banking processes and how they are connected
- Hungry to learn and part-take in functional projects and UATs. Already having such experiences is a big plus
- Driven towards optimizing process flows through Kaizens
- Comfortable with Rotational Shifts.
