Where do you come into the picture? - As a Data Scientist, you will work closely on building the analytical engine that powers an entire gamut of financial technologies across Digital Payments, International Cards and Multi Currency Wallets. - You will lead the charge on redefining a wide range of financial services products through customer insights, growth and performance analytics and by enhancing capabilities through real time recommendation engines. - You will collaborate with cross functional teams across Marketing, Finance, Operations, Technology, Product and Sales to build and enhance a suite of solutions that seek to build the world of Open Money. You will work with product team to perform analysis on large sets of data and extract actionable insights. - This involves extracting data from multiple sources, driving effective experimentation through test and learn solutions, examining data from a variety of perspectives to determine hidden weaknesses, trends or opportunities. You will collaborate with the engineering team to develop new algorithms and automate analytical models. What would a day in your life @ Nium look like? - Understand what hinders the world of Open Money, Identify business challenges and consumer pain points - Build analytical tools to address the business challenges and deliver exceptional user experience - Drive execution of solutions in partnership with Product and Business teams to realize impact - Manage communication and project delivery between business and analytics teams - Develop storylines and make presentations What expertise &amp; experiences would you need to have to play this kind of role? - 3 - 6 years of experience, with prior experience in analytics in ecommerce / consumer internet or retail industry working in customer analytics, consumer / pricing / promotion analytics - Expertise in pricing and promotion analytics, baseline modelling, sales forecasting with good hold of statistical modelling tools like SAS, R, Python, Spark as well as visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI - Expertise in advanced analytical modelling in Consumer internet or retail sector in the areas including forecasting and classification. Pricing analytics, ad campaign effectiveness, App user engagement and digital channel effectiveness - Additional knowledge of financial services, payments domain, marketing analytics, customer segmentation, cross-sell/up-sell of value-added services and other retail analytics will be preferable - Expertise in analytics tools like R, Python and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI etc. - Ability to multi- task, and manage multiple deliveries, think out - of - the box - Prior experience of having worked in analytics function as a Data Scientist or Consultant - Ability to structure projects/engagements for the team - Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills Join the world of Open Money @ NIUM Nium is on a mission to transform global financial infrastructure.
