- We are looking for a Head of Training & Culture for our baby, Instapizza. You will be the steward of all things related to our core culture and training, and will be responsible for projecting the message to entire Instapizza family. - If you are outgoing with an eye for details, passionate about people, and like to take ownership of getting things done, we want you. If you have a pizza obsession, well, then that's a significant plus. As our HOTC, you will be responsible for: - Working with the founders to interpret and express their vision for the training program through a multitude of channels - classroom engagement, video, in store visuals etc. - Devising, planning and executing various training and cultural instilling strategies & activities for Instapizza across India - Building & managing your team of creative and enthusiastic training leaders, across India - Developing, maintaining, and implementing a comprehensive training plan that ensures that the Instapizza company values are part of each employee's DNA - Working hand in hand with Operations to achieve all of the above goals on repeated basis, around India - Working hand in hand with Recruitment & HR team making sure that candidates hired are aligned with our core values, i.e. culture fit within the company - Owning Instapizza's internal feedback loop and setting up mechanisms to ensure that all family members at all levels (employees) are treated with kindness, warmth & empathy - Measuring and reporting the effectiveness and performance of all training and employment engagement activities Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in Training QSR/F&B, Consumer Products, or Ecommerce - Proven capability of displaying patience when dealing with people - Proven leadership & motivational skills are necessary - Strong analytical and communication skills are a must - Education from a top-tier college or university - Experience with data analytics is a significant plus Our ideal candidate will have: - Everything we've talked about above - A sense of humor (the dryer the better) - The ability to self-start, and - A creative streak About Instapizza At Instapizza, we are creating a Homegrown pizza brand to challenge the global behemoths that currently dominate the pizza landscape.
