Job Purpose :   The Operations head will have to make sure that the organisation is running smoothly with an efficient service that meets the expectations of the clients. operations directors evaluate how a business operates. They manage the implementation of business guidelines and strategies, working with other department heads- to ensure everything runs smoothly and in accordance with any guidelines.   The Roles and Responsibilities include :   - Works with the Managing Director and other Heads of Function to influence the creation and communication of company strategy, business priorities and targets for Team and ensures there are systems in place.  - Coordinate, manage and monitor the working of the entire operation team.  - Improve processes and practices to improve the working of the department and business.  - Delegate Tasks and schedules to your team, establish work schedules, supervise your team and monitor and evaluate their performance.   - Ensure quality of service of our product.   - Manage customer support, plan and support sales and marketing activities.  - Liasion with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans for the company.  Skills Required :   1.
