We are seeking a seasoned professional with deep investor connections to help us raise equity from HNIs, NRIs, and Family Offices.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and nurture relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals, NRIs, Family Offices, and Investment Firms

- Pitch investment opportunities in real estate and business ventures

- Represent the company in investor meetings, networking events, and pitch presentations

- Structure investment deals in coordination with legal and financial teams

- Maintain regular communication and reporting with investors

- Support investor onboarding, due diligence, and compliance processes

Ideal Candidate

- 5+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, investment banking, real estate fundraising, or similar roles

- Proven network of HNI/NRI/Family Office investors

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently with a result-driven mindset

- Entrepreneurial and understands the nuances of alternative investment opportunities

Compensation

Fixed + Performance Incentive

Retainer + Success Fee / Equity-linked arrangement
