Objective of the role: This is a senior leadership role in the organization wherein you will be responsible for the expansion of Leadership &amp; OD business. This would involve development of complex, innovative and high-end Leadership and Organizational Development solutions. You would be responsible for developing the business strategy as well as achieving both short term and long-term business goals. The role also includes training the internal capability for selling and delivering the training solutions. The job holder should have the ability to network at the senior level, manage stakeholders in the client organization and leverage relationships by cross selling solutions for InspireOne. This also involves conducting training workshops for the senior level. What you'll need to do: - Develop strategy for the business - Achieve revenue targets - Achieve product development targets - Achieve goals with respect to people development, organization development and client acquisition - Facilitate the development and customization of Leadership and OD solutions - Create and develop internal capability (selling and delivering of training solutions) - Lead &amp; develop the internal team - Chart out your own career path for a longer-term association with InspireOne - Delivery of Leadership &amp; OD solutions to the senior/top level What skills you'll need for the role: - Expertise in designing, developing &amp; delivering of Leadership and OD initiatives - Market Knowledge - Entrepreneurial and consultative Mindset - Exceptional presentation and communication skills - Analytical skills and strong business acumen - Developing Talent Career Progression: - Develop into a Leadership Business Head and further as a Partner to InspireOne
