A Consultant (Sales and Leadership Training Delivery) is primarily responsible for:
- Delivery of sales and leadership training programs and others as per the defined standards
- Project management
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and delight
Training needs analysis, customization of solutions, product development, pre-sales support in terms of solution designing and closing business are an active part of this role.
Key elements of the role :
Solution/Training Delivery:
- Delivery of training/Consulting programs as per the plan
- Consulting - Assessment and Development Centres, pre and post-training processes
- Ensuring client satisfaction through meeting and exceeding quality standards of delivery
Project Management:
- Managing client projects effectively
- Conducting Project reviews
Product Development:
- Facilitate the development and customization of Inspire One Products
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain excellent Client Relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
