Job Responsibilities: - Day to day planning and organization of the Chairman &amp; MD&nbsp; - To Coordinate with OEM, Distributors, Account Managers (Inhouse) for PO, Billing, etc. - To coordinate for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reviews for the Chairman &amp; MD office with all stakeholders. - Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. - Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. - New Projects: Design, Implement, and Monitor projects are undertaken as a part of the Chairman &amp; MD office - Monitoring / Managing Information: Efficient and effective MIS for the Chairman&amp; MD -&nbsp; Support: Presentations, agenda &amp; other preparatory material in advance of meetings, conferences, seminars, tours, etc. - Communication Flow: Adequate and effective communication from and to the Chairman &amp; MD - Keep appropriate individuals informed about relevant activities, information, or developments in a timely manner. - Providing secretarial support. - Drafting and finalizing meeting agendas Skills Set required: - Ability to execute, network, and influence, manage and even lead; Will be the gatekeepers to the leadership office, - Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment - Proactive, Focused &amp; dedicated with Exceptional Analytical skills - Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, excellent track record of dependability &amp; Process-oriented - Self-motivated and an IC role - Must have the ability to multi-task and manage details of different processes efficiently &amp; work independently - Vendor relationship management - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Decision making - Project Management - Honesty and Integrity - Must adhere to confidentiality expectations - Quick learner and able to take on new tasks with a short learning curve - Strong at MS Office (ppt, excel, etc.) Analytical tools
