Summary :

- Proven track record in managing large projects with complex data requirements.

- Strong leadership skills to navigate complex business environment. Diplomatic in working with diverse groups. Practice in holding teams and person accountable for performance.

- Experience leading, motivating and managing project teams. Understanding how to manage projects with diverse internal group, external vendors and globally distributed teams.

- Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

- Experience in influencing and gaining buy-in from executive sponsors, team members, stakeholders and peers.

- Demonstrated capabilities in gathering client's requirements, conceptualizing cost effective and customized solutions, drawing resource estimates, maintaining margin and profitability, creating project plans and presenting solutions / project summaries.

- Expertise in maintaining high standards of customer service, with quality & service norms to achieve customer satisfaction and business retention.

- Thrive in a deadline intensive environment, multi-task, perform under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to target and deliver maximum profitability within project constraints.

- Interest in helping to build best practices, develop methodologies and grow team.

Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end project flow for large and complex data projects.

- Govern and manage all tasks associated with initiating, requirement gathering, planning, scheduling, executing and delivering on-time and on-budget projects.

- Collaborate with Sales, Business Operations and relevant teams as needed to create and define SOWs.

- Ability to understand requirements gathered in pre-sale and create innovative solutions for Client business challenges.

- Participate in establishing processes, templates and business strategies to expand and mature the capabilities of the organization.

- Lead day-to-day project team activities and resources. Chair project management team meetings.

- Knowledge and experience of CRMs, Data Management, relational databases and of database design best practices.

- Manage day-to-day reports and ad-hoc reporting requirements using SFDC, Financial Force and other tools.

- Work with Cross-functional teams to improve data flow from one to another department.

- Manage project scope and changes including setting expectations on time line, delivery impact and cost to the client.

- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel in the project team.

- Work Independently with customers on Consulting projects and communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Skills/Experience :

Must-have :

- 10-12 years of total experience. At least 4-5 year of experience in end-to-end Project Management.

- Experience in managing large data projects.

- Excellent communication and consultative skills.

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail, ability to think strategically and logically

- Should have exposure towards understanding of Data Management and Database concepts.

- Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Systems or any Engineering field/Technical discipline

Skills/Experience :

Nice to have :

- PMP Certification

- Agile Certification

- Competent in LucidChart/Visio, Data Visualisation Tools, Project Management Tools (FinancialForce/MS Project etc.)
