Summary :

- Dynamic, organized, meticulous Program/Project Management professional.

- Professional in Program/Project Management, Delivery Management with exposure in or passion towards consulting background.

- Focused on solving challenging data-driven business problems. Proven ability to translate high-level objectives into practical analysis and deliver actionable recommendations.

- Equipped with the knack of functional management along with the practical experience in analysis, development and implementation of Strategic Business Plans ensuring organizational growth targeting maximum profitability.

- Demonstrated capabilities in gathering client's requirements, managing scope creep and negotiating change requests. Ability to conceptualize cost effective and customized solutions, drawing resource estimates, making presentations and securing client's financial commitments.

- Expertise in maintaining high standards of customer service, with quality & service norms to achieve customer satisfaction and business retention.

- Thrive in a deadline intensive environment, multi-task, perform under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Ability to use sound judgment & decision-making skills and effectively perform in a self-directed environment.

- Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

- Own end to end process managing data projects.

- Own all tasks associated with initiating, planning, scheduling, executing and delivery.

- Gather requirements and get sign-off from internal/external customers.

- Collaborate with Sales and Business Operations to create SOWs.

- Provide excellent customer service by communicating with key customer contact(s) via email, phone, video conferencing, etc.

- Work with large data sets, automate data extraction, build monitoring/reporting dashboards and high-value, automated Business Intelligence solutions.

- Knowledge and experience of relational databases and database design best practices.

- Manage day to day reports and ad-hoc reports to internal/external customers with quality and within TAT. Work with Leadership to identify essential reports and improve existing reports.

- Work with Cross-functional teams to improve collaboration and data flow from one to another department.

- Work with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Sales Engineers, Content Team and external customers to manage the scope, pricing and scheduling of project tasks.

- Work Independently with customers on Consulting projects and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Skills/Experience :

Must-have :

- 6-8 years of total experience. At least 2-3 year of experience in end-to-end Project Management.

- Experience in managing large data projects.

- Excellent communication and consultative skills.

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail, ability to think strategically and logically

- Should have exposure towards understanding of Database concepts.

- Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Systems or any Engineering field/Technical discipline

- PMP Trained

- Agile Certification

- Strong business acumen in data analysis, quality assurance and reporting
