- Achieve ambitious & aggressive sales/acquisition targets
- Device innovative ways to shorten acquisition cycle
- Explain any company product to anyone; communicate the value and convince even a layman to adopt company products
- Imbibe company incentive plan in the minds of merchants
- Train merchants and customers quickly and effectively on using company products
- Participate in both Inside & Field Sales activities
- Create and manage prospect database through effective reporting processes
- Manage end-to-end sales operations - right from getting a collateral printed to on-boarding a merchant
- Keep self and the team updated on any development in an assigned region or territory
- Conduct spotless recce and collect important information on any area
- Will involve both B2B and B2C activities
1. A smart outdoorsy individual with the conviction of making his point noted, on any platform
2. 2-4 years of experience before/after MBA, in a B2C/B2B environment - FMCG, Insurance, Retail Banking, E-commerce, Retail or Consumer Electronics industries
