Inside Sales Role - AI Tech Startup (3-5 yrs)

This Inside Sales role is with one of our clients which is a 2 years old AI based technology Start-up based in Gurgaon. This company was recently selected by Analytics Insight magazine as one of the most promising startups in the AI space. They have ambitious plans to take the platform to a global business audience.

The role would involve working closely with the CEO and COO to accelerate the pace of outbound sales of SaaS subscription and customized business research.

Responsibilities :

1. Identify and generate leads for the company's product and service solutions using available resources.

2. Generate sales through cold/warm calling as well as emailing current and prospective customers.

3. Build relationship with clients to identify sales opportunities.

4. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.

5. Maintain customer and interaction data.

6. Attain targeted sales acquisition goals and performance as per the KRAs.

Required background :

1. 3-5 Years in outbound sales calling role.

2. Graduate/MBA.

3. Strong communication and Interpersonal skills to interact with international clients.

4. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

5. Proficiency in working with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

6. Prior experience in remote selling technology platform/software/SaaS products to international customers will be an added advantage.
