Inside Sales Representative - IT - US Shift (4-5 yrs)

Job Description:

This job role will be an exciting opportunity for ambitious sales people. You will be working within a territory team together with an Area Sales Representative.

The Inside Sales Representatives is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals by managing a territory and building and managing an Inside Sales team that uses the telephone and Web technologies.

The ISR and the IS team will build direct relationships with end user organizations on major opportunities and will also work closely with and leverage selected channel partners to maximize the revenue opportunities within the territory.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy selling, are achievement-oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strong collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, and works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.

Experience, Skills:

Inside sales representatives must be able to communicate effectively and persuasively to a high volume of people throughout the workday. Since most of an inside sales representative's job is spent talking on the phone, he must be able to apply his communication skills over the phone.

He must have the ability to repetitively overcome rejection from sales leads. Consistent achievement of sales quotas.

- Consistent achievement of forcasted revenue targets. (i.e. achieving consistent forecast accuracy)

- Hunter mentality

Success Factors: Resources Management - Experience in hiring, training and nurturing an Inside Sales team. The ability to develop and engage a virtual sales team to win opportunities - Team Player - Flexible - Adaptable to change

Accountability: Execute on Lead Generation & Call program activities with partners and eG team. - Penetration of Named focus Accounts and Growth of the assigned territory

Interface/Communication :

Excellent verbal/written skills necessary.

- Uses telephone & other IT tools to remotely Interface with customers to present value proposition to a variety of audiences: IT director and executive level

- Organize and lead the coordination with partners to facilitate sales.

- Communicates with the Field sales organization from the Field to the Board level

- Coordinates activities with Marketing, Inside Sales team & Area Sales Manager on a regular basis

- Uses CRM tools to facilitate multiple aspects of sales cycle.

Influence/Impact : Increase coverage of focus segments in target market

- Increase eG brand/Market Share

- Increase mind share of eG Solutions and brand name within partner community

- Increase new logo accounts for eG

- Develop accounts that will bring incremental revenue for eG today and in the future

- Develop partners that will bring additional revenue

- With the intense use of current tools, ISMs must develop best practices for collaboration, resource virtualization and productivity

Problem Solving :

- Independently develop decisions within defined processes, practices and eG policies.

- Work independently & proactively to avoid & resolve issues

Salary range: 9 - 10 LPA
