Inside Sales Representative - IT (3-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
Individual Demand Generation:
- Own an individual lead generation quota Qualify prospects for real opportunities/ projects
- Help field sales progress opportunities in the sales cycle
Individual Responsibility for Demand Generation:
- Manage Customer portfolio responsibilities through generation of new business opportunities
- Responsible for ensuring the overall Customer MQL target is met
- Strategize with field sales and marketing on the demand generation program to increase quality, reach and market penetration and quantity of leads
- Determine tactical plans with FS, Product Marketing and IS Regional head and monitor and review periodically the execution of the plans
- Ratify all qualified leads and process them from an Inbound/Outbound perspective
- White space analysis on all customer accounts, data mining and building persona-based contact database
- Leveraging tools like Demand Base, LinkedIn to collect account intelligence and intent coming out from such tools.
- Specific ABM for selected account in the European market.
Qualifications/ Experience/ Skills:
- Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA is preferred) with B2B Sales experience
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication
- Should have a minimum of 3 years and maximum of 10 years with most or all of it in a Technology Sales/ Inside Sales function
- Experience in Inside Sales/ Lead Generation/ Business Development/ Enterprise Sales
- Hands-on experience in CRM (Salesforce preferred) and Sales Intelligence tools
- Ability to understand the industries and core business processes, to identify problems faced
- Should be Techno Functional who can map technology to Business Processes
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Dynamic, energetic, result oriented, with - never say die- attitude and result oriented
- Should be flexible to work in night shift
- Valid Passport is an added advantage (Not a deciding factor).
